Default How to make cells decend by date

So my cells must be entered by date in ascending order. After a few pages of
spreadsheets my boss asks me for the most recent information on top. Is there
any way that I can continuously enter my most recent information on the
bottom and then refresh the information to be arranged from most recent to
oldest?

Hi,

Select all your columns of data and then

Data|sort|Select the column with the date in|Ascending

Click OK
