Default Stock symbols in XL 2007

Seems as though in earlier versions you could enter a stock symbol and Excel
would recognize it as such. Maybe as a Smart Tag? Further, I *think* you
could easily retrieve current quotes for that symbol.

Anybody know of a way to produce that behavior in 2007?

Interestingly, I can't find any reference to Smart Tags in the 2007 Help file.
