paste special
Pick an empty cell on the sheet, enter the value you want to divide by. With
that cell selected use Edit | Copy (or ctrl+c) then select the cells you want to be divided by that value. With those selected choose Edit | Paste Special and in the "operations" of the dialog box, pick Divide and then hit OK. You can now go and clean out that cell you used to put in the divisor. Alternatively if you already had a cell on the sheet with the proper divisor in it, you could start the process by selecting it instead of using the blank cell for the copy part of the process.
