Default Annoying Replace Dialog Box

Hello,

I was hoping somebody might be able to tell me how to take care of this:
Every time I click on my Replace icon, in the dialog that comes up the last
active field is still selected, ie. instead of the Find field, it's the
Replace field. I really would like the Find field to be selected. What can be
done about this?

Thank you.

Yes, that'll work as well. Not quite what I was hoping for, but certainly
workable.
Thank you.
