Default how to leave column 1 and move all other colums up or down rows.

Am putting clients name in column 1...column 2, 3 etc are address, phone,
email and other data. Somehow have managed to get names 1 row below where
they should be. help please.

Default how to leave column 1 and move all other colums up or down rows.

Try this on a spare copy ..

Right click on A1 choose "Delete"
Select "Shift cells up" OK
