I use a website in conjunction with this site. It is www.wopr.com - Also
known as Woody's Lounge. I have not been able to access this site for over a
week. Is anyone familiar with this site and can tell me why the site is no
longer available???

I was able to get to the website (using Firefox) that Bob I posted .
Firefox was reluctant, saying the address was incorrect and be careful.
The website had no link or news about Woody's Lounge.
I am beginning to think the Lounge is kaput.

It's an e-mail address, not a website. E-mail woody with your question.

I heard from the site and got the following email (if others are interested).
Hi Linda,

The wopr server crashed completely, we are working
on restoring all the data, hopefully, it will be
back in a few days. All I can suggest is to try
again perhaps once a day as we have no way of
contacting the loungers...

Hi,

I think the server "Woody's Lounge" server would have crashed or they no
longer exist.

Suggestion:

If they they are trying to rebulid the server again, then create a
refreshable query in one of your worksheet and save the file. What would
happen is, when the url starts working, the server would refresh data on
your worksheet. This way you can perform a server push rather than client
pull.
