Default disable function

in excel, how do I disable function? I Want to see: 01, 02, 03 etc, but it
automaticly shows: 1-jan, 2-jan etc. Can anyone help me? thnx...greets!

Enter an apostrophe '01 '02 or pre-format the cells as Text

OR enter 1 and Custom Format as 00
