Sum Formula
I receive a template every month where subtotals are by customer (rows of
data to be summed are different each month). I need to add three columns each month and be able to sum by each subtotaled line without any data in the lines above the subtotal as the sales person will input the amounts (forecasting). Any suggestions? |

Sum Formula
So is it like this?
Customer A xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx A Subtotal: nnnnn ----------- Customer B xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx B Subtotal: nnnnn ------------- If so, sum the entire column and divide by 2, just make sure that all customers have a subtotal. This will give you the grand total. I don't understand the purpose of your three new columns, can you elaborate?
