Default Rounding up a whole column of numbers

OKay, I figured out how to round up on number but what i want to do is round
a whole column of numbers. Say the number is .471 i want it to be .42 and i
want it to do that for the whole column. Any help?

2 questions down for me, here is what i wrote

Try this, select the entire column, right click, format cells, and set the
custom to ##.## this worked for me.
