Default How to open/consolidate details for multiple rows in a PivotTable

I have a monthly/weekly consolidated list of all customer support cases
opened for my employer, and the task is to aggregate these by customer name,
sort by descending, and ultimately extract all customers with a corresponding
case qty =5 and sort those by case type/problem. Is it possible to either
do all this in one pivot table *or* create a pivot table of a pivot table to
take the final step?

Thanks,

Jamie
