Default Printing same spreadsheet range getting different output

I have a spreadsheet that prints fine from my computer - send it to someone
else using the same laser printer - what prints on four pages for me is six
pages for her.

I have a macro controlling the right, left, top and bottom margin. Still to
no avail.

What am I missing???

I would suggest that you try first with a document that does not have a macro.
Please also give us more details on which ranges are printed on each page in
both cases (example -- page 1: range A1:G32 on my PC, range A1:F32 on my
colleague's PC, etc.). I would also check that the printer drivers are the
same on both machines.

Tried printing without the macro - same problem.

The ranges are the exactly the same -

I have not checked the printer drivers - figured if they were going to the
same printer the drivers would be the same - guess that doesn't have to be
the case.
