A spreadsheet at my work is often being used by other employees. When I open
it it tells me the file is in use so I click on Notify so I know when it is available. My problem is after about 30 to 45 minutes the spreadsheet will close and disappear from the taskbar. The spreadsheet is located on one of our file servers running Win 2003 Server. I run Win XP Pro and the version of Office is 2003 SP2. Is there a way to set a limit on how long to wait for the notification? I've never encountered this before. |
