I need a formula. When entering numbers using a decimal point. The original
number must read as a decimal and not hrs:mn
For instance, 9.15 = 9hrs and 15 minutes I need the formula result to be
9.25 (the .25 is actually 25/100th of an hour)

9.05 should equal 9.08
9.30 should equal 9.50
9.45 should equal 9.75
