Default How do I get rid of large recovered documents to get to the one I

Hi,
My work PC keeps crashing in excel. I use some very large (60mb)
spreadsheets which I'm often in to look for data rather than make changes &
so when it's crashed while I'm looking at them, rather than open excel & sort
out the recovered documents, I've just opened what I want straight from my
explorer.

As a result, when excel crashed today, I tried to open excel so I could get
to the recovered version of the spreadsheet I was working on, but excel was
trying to open all the documents which were previously 'recovered' & so
crashed again as there's too many large one's.
How do I get rid of these files from the 'recovered' files & get to the one
I want?

Thanks
merry_fay
