Default Opening the File in a Fixed format

Hi All,

I have made a tool using excel 2003 and it has some 40 sheets and
several macros. I have hidden all the sheets and unhide it as and when
needed. I also have a cockpit which has buttons linking all parts of
the tool.

Problem:

When I open this file in other computers, the cover page looks
different depending on the computer's screen size etc. I want to fix
the way it looks in any computer irrespective of their setting. How do
I enforce this without using a user form.

Please help

Thanks,
Anshuman
