Default How do I go about finding and removing labels in formulas?

Hi. Since labels in formulas are no longer supported in 2007, how do I go
about finding and removing them? Also, as I understand it, Named Ranges are
supported in 2007 so they are ok to leave in. Is this correct?

Thanks.

Defined name functionality hasn't changed. Labels were never defined names.

Excel 2007 automatically converts labels in formulas to their corresponding
ranges when opening .XLS files. You shouldn't need to convert labels
yourself.
