I have a pivot table. My goal is to Color in Red the entire row, if a
particular field contains a negative number. How would I go about this? Any Ideas? |

Select the row by click in the row header, assume it was row number 4 and
the cell in question is C4 do formatconditional formatting, select formula is and =$C$4<0 click the format button and select red pattern and then click OK twice -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "Phil Smith" wrote in message ...
