Actually it worked based on your original suggestion
(=DATE(YEAR(A1)+1,MONTH(A1),DAY(A1) ). Sorry I must have entered the formula incorrectly at first. This was a great and simple solution. Thanks again...jcs "Bernard Liengme" wrote in message ...
