Excel 2007 Bug or other problem
When I launch Excel 2007 it randomly opens the application full screen with
entire screen a light blue shade except the top of the window which contains what is normally the the bottom bar with the "Ready" and Macro icon at the left and the Normal, Page Break.. icons and the size slider at the left. The Windows title bar and all other parts of a normal window are missing. I can use the resize window control which is normally at the lower right of a window, but is not at the upper right. It will resize the window, but the layout remains the same and I can not undock it from the upper left of the screen since I can't gain control of the window title bar. Any suggestions? I can't use Excel at all. I can open documents and do other commands using key strokes, but the window remains the same (i.e., useless). I have a screen shot, but I can't upload it to this site.
