Default Concatenate in Excell 2002

I am combining Names and Grades. The formula works fine, but isn't there a
way to then apply it to the whole worksheet? I watched an online demo and it
showed clicking on the first cell completed then drag down to the end and the
formula applied to the whole worksheet. Doesn't seem to work in Excel 2002.
How, then??

Hi Mimi,

You're almost there, after you click on the first cell, hover the cursor
over the bottom right corner of the cell and it will change to a little
cross
then click and drag as far as you like. This is called the 'Fill Handle'.

If you have data in an adjacent column just double-click on the fill handle and
let Excel look after the copying down.
