I need to know how to create a filter that will tell me what a total is on a
horizontal column over multiple pages. |

Columns are vertical, rows are horizontal.
Which do you want? "Pages" is what? Multiple sheets or multiple areas on one sheet? Filters don't work on multiple sheets. A better description could help us to help you.
