Default How To Select Blank Cells within a worksheet

How would I select blank cells within a worksheet?

Somebody told me the steps are
Edit
Go to
Special (under the menu option)

But when I did this all of the Blank cells were not selected, but most were.

Thank you for any help.

Default How To Select Blank Cells within a worksheet

You might want to try this variation:

Click in an area where your data is, then F5 (same as Edit | GoTo)
then click Special then click Current Region. Then F5 again, Special,
Blanks.

Roxanne

That command will select blank cells only in the used range of the sheet, not
the entire sheet.
