Default calculate age in excel so I can add it

I need to take a birth date and a future set date to get an age. I need the
age in years to one decimal place. (35.5 years) I then need to add those ages
in a group to find the total age of a team of 4.

try:

=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"m")/12

A2=Birth date
B2=Future date
