Default Cell to reference sheet tab name

Is this an option? I want a cell on a worksheet to reference (copy) the sheet
tab name.

The workbook needs to be saved

=MID(CELL("filename",A1),FIND("]",CELL("filename",A1))+1,32)

You can put this in any cell, the formula needs a cell reference that is
what A1 does but it can be any cell
