Default copying conditional sum (wizard) formula

I am trying to copy a conditional sum formula, but when I do, the condition
doesn't change.

I have 2 or 3 payroll deductions per person (approximately 100 people). I
have made the condition for each row the name of the employee and need it to
change when I copy the formula. Which leads me to another dilemma! If I
move to the second row of deductions for an employee, I don't want the sum
for that employee to be calculated again! For the last several months, I
have been manually summing the employees deductions in Excel, which I'm
certain, must be the long way!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
