Default Blank screen

For some reason I have opened a file and the only way I can view and edit it
is in Full Screen moe which means that |I cannot see the sheet tabs. Can
anyone help me?

Hi.

When you are in Full screen mode, do the folowing:

1. Right-click the on the Worksheet Menu bar and select Customize.
The Customize dialog box displays.
2. Click the Toolbars Tab.
3. Under Toolbars list, click and select the Full Screen check box. The Full
Screen Tool bar appears on the Excel Sheet.
4. Click the Close button to close the Customize dialog box and return to
the Excel Sheet.
5. On the Full Screen Toolbar, click the Close Full Screen to return to the
Microsoft Excel Norrmal View. To verify that you are in the Normal view,
click the View menu.
