Either you didn't select the correct range
or you had that "Match entire cell contents" option checked. or that range didn't have a space character maybe because.... If you copied from a web page, that space may not be a normal space character--it could be one of those HTML non-breaking space characters. Try: select the range edit|replace what: alt-0160 (hit and hold the alt key while typing 0160 on the numeric keypad) with: (leave blank) replace all connie wrote: I got the prompt that there was no data to be found..
