Default formula for # of days between two dates-Excel 2000

I want to know which employee is 19 years old or older based on a 365 day
year. Can't figure it out. Please help. Thanks.

Default formula for # of days between two dates-Excel 2000

=DATEDIF(DOB,TODAY(),"y")=19

will return TRUE if 19 and older
