I have a pivot table that is first grouped by dept then by employee name. I
need to get a count of employees in each department. Doing a count of the employee field gives me a count of each the number of records each employee submitted. I saw Debra Dalgleish's suggestion of using a if(sumproduct) formula in the raw data - the problem is, this data is from an external data source and I don't have access to make changes in the orginal data. Any suggestions? Thanks! -- maryj |
