I just noticed that in Excel 2007 when you are editing in the formula bar is
no longer allows you to scroll your sheet. In 2003 this did work, if you had
a large sheet and wanted to see a cell outside the view you could scroll up
while still in a formula edit for a lower cell.
For Example: Attempt to edit cell A68 while looking at Cell B1, you can't do
it.
