If you create the second pivot table from the same source data as the
first pivot table, it will automatically use the same pivot cache.

Debra,
I think what he did was create a pivot table directly from a query
rather than pull the data back into a sheet. Then he wants to make
another pivot table using the first pivot table as the source rather
than rerunning the query.

I gave up doing this a long time ago. I always pull the data into a
sheet and make the pivot table using the data sheet as the source.

Am I understanding your question Jeff?

Pete
