Default Excel 2003 headers

Is there a way to set headers/footers to auto populate to a set format? For
example on each page the file name would appear at the top and the worksheet
name would appear at the bottom of each page without having to set each one
individually.

thanks

This is one of the functions you can perform on "grouped" sheets.

Right-click on a sheet tab and "select all sheets"

Set up your header and footer on the active sheet and will be done to all sheets
in the workbook.

DO NOT forget to ungroup the sheets when operation is complete.
