Hi,

When I go to a cell which isn't part of a pivot table and use the "=" to
refer to a cell in the pivot table, it appears as ="GETPIVOTDATA etc etc etc".

This has only started happening recently (since i had Excel reinstalled).
Before, it would refer to theactual cell (e.g."=C3").

Is there anyway I can restore it to how it used to be ?

There are instructions here for adding the Generate GetPivotData button
to a toolbar, and toggling the feature on and off:

I do loads of pivot tables in my job and would be interested in buying the
book on your website. The only problem is, I'm based in the UK and
amazon.co.uk don't have it listed. Do you know of anywhere else that stocks
