Default Inserting new arrow troubles

I have a worksheet that, for some reason, whenever I insert an arrow it
"looks" and prints as though it's underlined. Not quite a double line (arrow
head is attached to top line). But when I go to format it, it's not double -
it's single. And it's only happening in this particular worksheet.

Any ideas? I'm using Excel 2000 with Windows XP. Thanks in advance for any
help!
