How do I keep a file from being deleted (deliberate or accidental) by other
users on a server but still have that file available to everyone to use/modify? |

That is more a Windows Folders and Files Permissions question than an Excel matter. See StartHelp and Support on "permissions" specifically the section on "Permissions on a file server". Be careful what you do. Don't lock yourself out of Windows. The server administrator must get involved in order to set it up.
