This is based on the standard monetary format.

Go to Format CellsNumberCustom and paste this;

Using percentage symbol I get the right figures but with the wrong symbol:
format: "0.00 %" -- figure is displayed as "1.23 %"

Is it possible to change or remove the %symbol ?

Is there another solution ?
