Default Saving Excel sheets

How can I save an excel 2002 database so that someone using MSWorks can open
it?
Thanks

No need to ask twice in two minutes - this isn't a chat room!

Not knowing MS Works and the formats it can open, I can't say, but you
might want to get your recipient to look he
www.openoffice.org and then your troubles would be over
