Default current date it should intimate cheques due by colour change

i had entered the postdated cheques in excel it should give a colour change
the cheques when the cheques are due on the particulair date when it is
opened. I want to know about the formula.

Default current date it should intimate cheques due by colour change

Format/ Conditional Formatting/ Cell value is: less than or equal to:
=today()
or Cell value is: less than or equal to: =today(), if you want them to show
only on that day
or Cell value is: greater than: =today(), if you want to highlight the
post-dated ones.
