Default I have a voucher in Excel that I have to sign

I have a pay voucher that I have to print out, then sign, then scan and then
finally email to the state treasurer to get my pay. Is there a way to copy
and paste a signature? I tried to but the signature was in a text block with
a white background that didn't match the colored, dotted background on the
voucher.

You could try editing the sig in a program like Photoshop, and set the
background as transparent.
