Default Worksheet Sections

I am using Excell 2003 and I would like to set up a worksheet in sections so
that each section could have a different number of columns and widths. So
section 2 would be below section 1 and section 3 would be below section 2,
etc. Is there any way of doing this?

Thanks for your help
