Default Combo Boxes

Please can someone help me, in Excel 2003 i use the Combo box function found
on the forms toolbar which has the count function in the control cell link. I
have now upgraded to Excel 2007 and am unable to find this function, please
can someone point me in the right direction as i use this a lot
