Default copying Excel column names and widths to a blank spreadsheet

How can I copy Excel column names and widths to a new blank spreadsheet and
have them appear exactly the same as they did in the original spreadsheet ?

Hi Louis

Copy the source data, then on the new sheet Paste SpecialFormat
followed by Paste Special Values
