Can some1 teach me this?

if i enter some values in a cell inside sheet1 and my so-called search
engine is unable to locate the data in sheet2. Thus it will say: "Data not
found".

But then there is button called "create"
This button when clicked is able to save the data which the users entered
earlier in sheet2.
Is macro needed here?

In short, it means there a button when clicked, the new data will capture
inside sheet2.
