Default listing top to bottom.

Hi all

I'm working on getting a formula to list names and wins in order on the same
sheet as the datasheet.

Data Information is listed as follow:

Names are in columns from C12 to C44
Wins are in columns from X12 to X44

I Need this list from highest to lowest in the following area:

Names listed in AT12 to AT44
Wins listed in AU12 to AU44

Thanks ahead!
