Ranking Question Listing Same Sheet!

Hi I was wondering if someone could give me a hand on a formula with listing
names and wins totals from top to bottom.

Sheet layout:

Names are in column C12: C44
Wins are in column X12: X44

The listing should appear as follow:
Names in Column AS12: AS12
Wins in column AT12: AT12
