How do I remove extra blank lines in a column when I print?
I am using Excel 2002 SP3. I have some columns (not all) which span multiple
lines. I have word wrap clicked on. When view the spreadsheet, the text appears to be formated fine, however when I print it, many of the rows have blank lines at the end. I have searched and searched for these blank rows to eliminate them and have been unsuccessful. |

Did you check your print setup? Highlighted only the area you want to print?
Did you try deleting them? Check the doc in print preview. "Nancy" wrote: I am using Excel 2002 SP3. I have some columns (not all) which span multiple lines. I have word wrap clicked on.
