how do you locate invalid data on a worksheet?!?! I've searched in
Excel help and all over google and I can't find an anser! |

Show the Auditing Toolbar (View-Toolbars)
One of the buttons there is "circle invalid data" Have fun! |

How would Excel know the difference between valid or invalid?
First you must identify what "invalid data" means. Then you use any number of functions to look over the sheet to find the inavlid data. Can you give us a hint?
