Hi Tate,
A bit more information on Gord's "fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall" they are two independent settings. You may only want to use the 1 page wide. Use Ctrl+End to find the last cell, it is at the intersection of the last used row and the last used column. If that is not the case, then you would want to fix the situation as it costs file space and wastes paper. Why do my scrollbars go to row 500 -- my data ends in cell E50? http://www.contextures.com/xlfaqApp.html#Unused Use the macro solution, but only if the you don't use merged cells where the last cell might be a merged cell. Please use a descriptive subject title words like Excel, Help, spreadsheet don't carry much meaning in an Excel newsgroup, and non unique titles tend to mess up threading as seen in Outlook Express and at Google Groups. -- HTH, David McRitchie, Microsoft MVP - Excel My Excel Pages: http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/excel.htm Search Page: http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/search.htm "Gord Dibben" wrote Does the print font become smaller or the font on the worksheet become smaller? If the former, maybe you have scaling set at "fit to" to 1 page wide by 1 page tall. If the latter, maybe you have FormatCellsAlignmentShrink to fit checkmarked?
