what can i do to not have the security info asking about a file i am linking
too.
it states some links may be harmful.. i no this maybe easy but i am new to
this
so again how can i get a hyperlink with no security warning. the files i am
linking are on drive and usually word documents or forms

Have a look at this KB Article for disabling that "Hyperlinks can be harmful to
your computer and data. To protect your computer, click only those hyperlinks
from trusted sources. Do you want to continue?"
