Hello; I'm publishing a spreadsheet to an html format and I would like to
know if there is any way to control the size of what range of cells are
displayed.

When I open a browser to view the html file the spread sheet isn't using all
of the available window thus requiring lots of up and down, left and right
slide bars to view the data.
